Great worker, best care.

I recently employed Silverbird to take care of our 96 year old Mom. Who was bed-ridden. Lola, Eleanor and Renee and others, did a marvelous job. They gave medications, washed Mom, changed her linens, did laundry and cleaned the house. They were compassionate , efficient and kept me informed of goings-on each day. I would wholeheartedly recommend Silverbird for your home care needs.Mike Kohute

We engaged Silverbird to care for our mom, who was then 104 and required assistance to move around. The agency gave Mom the best of care. They went beyond the call of duty to provide excellent support day in and day out. Lola herself, or other staff members, would sometimes cover shifts if aides were unable to be there. I was impressed by the care they took to make sure our mom had everything she needed. She even got regular visits and expert care from the agency nurse, Marsha. Thank you, Lola and Festus, for creating a caregiving support team that puts patients first. Your kind and responsive service gave us the peace of mind we needed as we cared for our dear mom.

As a daughter, I have first-hand experience of the remarkable outstanding services they provide. There are no worries if a Home Health Aid has an emergency, Lola herself or her staff guarantee coverage in this type of situation. Silverbird provided care to my Mother, 96 years of age with dementia, I never had to worry about my Mom under their most professional care. Lola and staff take a personal interest in their client, it is not just a job to them, they loved my Mom & my Mom loved them. Lola periodically, unannounced would stop by my Mom’s to ensure that her Home Health Aids was giving my Mother the proper care. Something else I found helpful, Silverbird requires a daily log written by the Home Health Aids that is available for the family to review.
